About Yoga

Everyone is seeking the answer to reality and trying to manage the chaos that is our lives. Yoga is a form of mental, physical and spiritual exercise to precisely help manage that chaos.

Yoga begins from the moment you set the intention to practise and find your presence on the mat. The 
Yoga journey stems from this presence to your breath in conjunction with the mindful movement.

One works with the body to find the resistance while maintaining the breath and finding silence amidst the storm. Practising mindfulness one avails the agility and fluidity of asanas in yoga.

Real practise begins when you leave the mat but carry the essence of yoga with you and face all the challenges and not yield to it.

Meditation is the practice of internal balance, once we are balanced we attain peace.

 

Scientific research proves regular meditation allows the part of our brain that keep us calm (Frontal Cortex) to grow and the part that causes us stress (Amygdala) to get smaller.

Mindfulness is meditation in motion and being present in your everyday life. We cause ourselves unnecessary distress by worrying about past, present and future. Mindfulness allows us to build a fresh perspective and to let go of unnecessary belief systems This allows us to live in the present and be at peace.

Hi, I'm Nayab

Yoga has helped me through some of the lowest points of my life. That is why I love yoga with a divine passion.

 

Accomplishing 200 hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training, I became a qualified Ashtanga yoga trainer. I would now like to share the gifts of Yoga with others.

 

Through my passion, knowledge and experience of Yoga I hope that it will make a difference in your life like it has mine.

 

Yoga brings mental and physical awareness to life. It will give you a sense of peace, wellbeing and mental fortitude allowing you to weather those terrible storms that life throws at us every other day.
